Question: I'm ready to start my adventure.  How do I apply to become a member of the Naval Sea Cadet Corps?

The Application package basically consists of an the following forms:  [click to link to the form]

Application Form, Report of Medical History Form, Report of Medical Exam Form.

After the forms are completed, mail them to

Question: What summer trainings are available?

A list of summer trainings is available on the Compass Training Portal.

Question: How much does it cost to join the Naval Sea Cadet Corps?

The annual enrollment fee is $53.00, which goes entirely to the National Headquarters.

To cover the initial set up fee, the Wiregrass Division charges $100.00 plus a $100.00 DEPOSIT for the first year only.

For each year after the first year, the annual enrollment fee is the only fee.

To help cover the cost of food and drinks on drill wekends, each cadet is asked to bring $20.00.

Two-week Advanced Trainings are usually $200-$300 each.  This cost must be paid by each cadet.                                    

The cadet's family is responsible for transportation costs and arrangements to and from trainings.
